Krabi Adventure

This is the 1st time you are taking a plane. You behaved properly except that you keep opening and closing the small airplane window besides you. However, we were in hell when we took a boat trip from Ao Nang to Railey beach. You started to cry to struggle in the Long Tail boat for the entire 15-minute journey. On the way back, the wind blew stronger and it started to rain. Luckily we had an umbrella and a jacket to protect you from the wind and rain. It was such a relief when we finally reached the pier safely. Next time, we will not even think about bringing you on a small boat.

In the hotel room, your favorite action was opening/closing the balcony's sliding door and played with the telephone. Papa did not sleep well for a few nights in the hotel as your legs kept kicking on my back.

Overall, you enjoyed the trip and learnt quite a few things like "beach", "island" and "aeroplane".

XiaoZhe is past 18 months

You are well past 18 months. Mummy managed to train you to give up pacifier and you are now on the ambitious toilet training program to reduce the diaper usage. Your favorite daily request is to place you on the window grilles to observe what is happening outside. You are now eating quite a bit of rice and we are trying to get you to drink less milk powder. Papa is happy whenever you can speak simple words like flower and pear. You call air-con and umbrella "kaka" and almost everything you say "dirty" :-)

We will be going to Krabi Island next week and go to Star Cruise to Redang Island at month end. You will have the chance to take a plane and go on board a cruise soon. Let's pray that you will be well and healthy for the trip.
